Faro's rooftop scene has a clean division of labour. LAB Terrace owns sunset. Cidade Velha Rooftop owns the old-town atmosphere. Terrazzo owns the cocktail list — the most polished drinks of the three, on a rooftop by the marina with the boats and water below.

It's also the flexible one: later hours than LAB, easier to get a table than either of the others in high summer, and close enough to both that it slots into any Faro evening as the second or third stop.
